Name: Tequila Grilled Shrimp & Mango
Ingredients: 2 shots Tequila; 2T fresh lime juice; 2T agave or honey; ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil; 1/4c chopped cilantro; 2T chipotles in adobo pureed; 1t lime zest; Sea Salt; 1lb grilled shrimp; 2 cloves crushed garlic; 2t parsley or cilantro; 2T Olive oil; 2T Tequila; 1T finely diced jalapeño; 1t lime juice; 1t cumin; 1/4t sea salt; 1/4t pepper; 8c spring mix, romaine or greens of choice; 1 diced avocado; 1c diced mango; .5c diced red onion; 2c diced Persian or English cucumber; 1c diced red bell pepper
