Ingredients: 1/4c Extra Virgin Olive Oil; 3T Meyer Lemon juice; Flake sea salt and cracked pepper to taste; 6c torn red or Seasonal lettuce; 2c lemon cucumbers; 4 boiled farm fresh eggs; 1 basket sungold cherry tomatoes; 1.5c chopped grilled asparagus; .25c chopped red onion; 1 chopped Hungarian yellow peppers; .5c shredded fresh carrots; 1/4c local roasted chopped walnuts; .25c fresh basil leaves; .25c chopped flat leaf parsley
