Name: Bacon Lettuce, Tomato Avocado - BLTA Salad
Ingredients: 3T Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt; .5c Buttermilk (V-Apple cider vinegar and soy milk); 2T Extra virgin olive oi; 3T sour cream (V-nondairy yogurt, cider vinegar & lemon juice); 2T Dill; 2 cloves crushed garlic; 1T Basil; 1T Parsley; 1T Chives; Flake sea salt and freshly cracked pepper to taste; 4c baby gem, butter, romaine or any lettuce you like; 2c diced tomatoes - herloom, beefsteak or whatever is in season; .5c thick bacon chopped (preferably applewood smoked, non-nitrate Turkey or V-carrot bacon); 1 diced Avocado; 2c Croutons - cubed Sourdough bread 2T EVOO, 2T melted Butter, 1 Clove crushed garlic, 1/2t Paprika, ½t Flake sea salt
